person-placeholderFood trends expert and international culinary trained recipe developer, Jen supports natural food companies by developing branded recipes that excite consumers with innovative, yet approachable, ways to use their products that are on point with upcoming food trends. As co-founder of HEART, a creative culinary agency, Jen works with a team of food stylists, photographers, graphic designers, writers, and PR specialists to help leverage recipes for use in social media, websites, trade shows, lookbooks, as well as other marketing & sales materials. Jen completed the world-renowned culinary school at Robert Reynolds Chef Studio along with the Gluten-Free and Specialty Diets program at San Francisco Baking Institute. She is on the board of directors for Portland Culinary Alliance and an active member of IACP (International Association of Culinary Professionals).
